My Approach

Leadership and team dynamics do not exist in isolation from their context—expectations, structures, relationships, and what is implicitly present. For this reason, I always start from what is currently at play within the organization. I listen carefully and explore thoroughly. In doing so, it becomes clear where movement is needed and what will help to bring about that change.

From there, we select the interventions that yield the greatest impact—such as training, coaching, peer supervision, or strategic sessions. I do not start from what is missing, but rather from what is already present within an organization. By making this visible and deepening it, a dynamic is set in motion that is sustainable and fully embraced by the people themselves.

I work in close alignment with HR and senior management, acting as a partner in clarifying the challenge and designing an approach that works in practice.

Geert takes the time to thoroughly understand our organization and context. He combines clarity and honesty with a strong balance between supporting, challenging, and providing direction. Our leaders are visibly motivated to grow.

What I stand for

Personalized Approach and Co-creation

I thoroughly immerse myself in your context and culture. This fosters trust—and creates movement that endures.

Clarity and simplicity

We get to the heart of what is at play and what is needed. Clear choices, without unnecessary complexity.

Responsibility and Ownership

Leadership requires role awareness, direction, and ownership. We work on this in a concrete way.

Practice-oriented and sustainable

Concepts serve a supporting role. The real work takes place in daily interaction—always with an eye toward sustainable embedding.

Geert works in co-creation with HR, aligns closely with what is truly at play, and combines connective communication with holding up a critical mirror and direct practical application.
