About
I am fascinated by clear language and clear thinking. How thoughts, emotions, and behavior become visible in what people say.
I built my career on that fascination. I have an academic background in linguistics and spent years teaching communication and language courses to future interpreters. Since 2007, I have been supporting organizations in leadership, communication, and collaboration through my own company.
Over the past 25 years, I have developed broad expertise in people and organizations. I combine insights from NLP (Master), Insights Discovery, Deep Democracy, and Nonviolent Communication, among others. Not as separate models, but as an integrated way of looking and working, always tailored to the broader context.
Over the years, my focus shifted from language to what lies beneath: how people relate to one another, how patterns emerge, and what makes collaboration flow—or not. Today, I work at the intersection of leadership, communication, and organizational context.
What characterizes me is the combination of calm and sharpness. I create a safe environment while simultaneously addressing what needs to be said, ensuring movement occurs where it is needed.
I work with leaders and teams in diverse sectors, from pharmaceuticals and financial institutions to healthcare, retail, and logistics. This variety allows me to quickly identify what is happening and transition smoothly from the boardroom to the shop floor.
What continues to fascinate me is when movement returns: candid conversations, smooth collaboration, and people reconnecting with one another.
I regularly collaborate with SD Worx, Febelfin Academy, and a strong network of experienced partners.
On a personal note: I am an early bird, an athlete, an amateur chef, and an epicurean with a broad perspective and a love for simplicity. My best ideas emerge during long walks in nature. I live in Berchem with my husband, Bruno.
